On a gorgeous early afternoon on May 7 the Camaro Caravan (with police escort) left the Sam Houston Race Park. Nearly 50 bright yellow, silver, red and black Chevrolet Camaros made their way from Sam Houston Race Park to downtown Houston, Texas. Lone Star Chevrolet even had the event live on a popular blog site. Mark Kolon (Sales Manager) drove the all-new muscle car. Mark said it was a visual knock out and he loved the precision handling.
The Camaro Caravan garnered a tremendous amount of attention as it passed through the streets of Houston.Soon the Camaro Caravan drove through downtown and past the George Brown Cpnvention Center.
The final destination was at Minute Maid Park for the Houston Astros vs. Chicago Cubs game. Camaro Club members greeted customers along with the Lone Star team.Enjoy the photo gallery and we will update with new photos as they come in. Houston... we have a Lift-Off
